Attorney Bios
Kim Parks served 10 years as an Assistant District Attorney in Harris County from 1993 to 2003. While with the DA’s office, she tried over 75 first chair jury trials ranging from driving while intoxicated to murder. During her tenure, Ms. Parks also served as prosecutor for capital murder post-conviction habeas corpus proceedings; was the deputy chief of the misdemeanor division; and, held the position of special crimes prosecutor specializing in white collar major fraud prosecution.
After leaving the DA’s office, Ms. Parks started her own criminal defense practice. She represents people accused of all types and levels of crimes all over the state of Texas. Her practice also involves appellate and post-conviction habeas corpus litigation. And she specializes in representing individuals, including juvenile offenders, seeking expunctions and petitions for non-disclosure.
In addition, Ms. Parks serves as City Prosecutor for the City of Southside Place, representing the city in the prosecution of all Class C misdemeanors.
She is a graduate of Southwest Texas State University (now Texas State University), where she earned a degree in Finance. She earned her JD at the South Texas College of Law.

Brad Greer has over 15 years experience practicing law, including, litigation as well as business, and government relations. Mr. Greer was one of five founders of the United States’ leading identity theft protection company, which has been in business 2005. He served as the company’s key executive in charge of all legislative, executive, administrative and regulatory issues which involved extensive interaction with state and federal government officials. This experience has given him unique expertise in the areas of criminal record expunction and record sealing.
Mr. Greer also has extensive litigation experience. He has defended numerous cases involving product liability claims and toxic torts.
Brad is a Texas native who is also a direct descendant of an Alamo hero. He is a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin where he received a BA in Government. And, he later earned his JD from the South Texas College of Law.
